Crunchy on the outside yet soft & moist on the inside, buttery, and delicious. Baked from scratch throughout the morning until around 2:00pm when our small single oven turns over to our main attraction – PIE!

The biscuits are addictive on their own but do not miss the topping bar with a selection of house-whipped compound butters & jams that may include sorghum butter; blueberry lavender jam; cherry chai; apple butter; herb butter & more seasonal spreads!

Looking for something more substantial, the biscuits are also available with locally smoked ham from Smoking Goose or with a side of addictive ‘Candied Bacon’.

Though we may have biscuits later in the day, they often sell out so there is no guarantee we will have any left! Come and get some while they are hot or order them by the half-dozen before 1:30 and we’ll be sure to save you some.
