January Pie Class #2

Join us in the Bang Bang Bakery for a hands-on kitchen experience! We will be rolling up our sleeves and crafting our very own Apple Pies. Our Executive Chef, Emily Stewart, will lead you in learning how to roll dough, create pie filling and make that perfect ruffled crust. You'll take home your very own Bang Bang Apple Pie baked by you!

We will provide all necessary materials for your class, however everyone is encouraged to bring their own apron and wear closed-toe shoes.

We strongly suggest that all participants arrive 10 minutes prior to class, as class will begin promptly at 6 pm. Please gather in our pie shop located at 2051 N. California, and our Events Manager will walk you over to the bakery to begin class at 6 PM. 

Notes for Vegetarians: Our pastry crust is made with leaf-lard, which disqualifies it from being vegetarian. We will be teaching the differences a variety of ingredients can make with pastry doughs, and can offer a vegetarian crust upon request. Please let us know one week in advance so we can have one prepared for you.
