Join us in the Bang Bang Bakery for a hands-on kitchen experience! We will be rolling up our sleeves and crafting our very own Apple Pies. Our Executive Chef, Emily Stewart, will lead you in learning how to roll our pastry dough, create pie filling and make that perfect ruffled crust. You'll take home your very own Bang Bang Apple Pie baked by you!

A FEW NOTES:
We're BYOB! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or six pack for you and yours to enjoy during class.
Light bites and a free slice will be provided during the bake of your pie.
We will provide all necessary materials for your class, however, everyone is encouraged to bring their own apron and wear closed-toe shoes.
We strongly suggest that all participants arrive 10 minutes prior to your class, as class will begin promptly at 6pm. Feel free to hang out in our shop prior to class, located directly across the street from our Production Bakery, located at 2051 N California Ave.
Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. Please triple check your calendar, and know that you can definitely make your class date!
Vegetarians: Our pastry dough is made with lard, and thus is not vegetarian. If you need a cream cheese pastry dough to work with (which is vegetarian but not vegan), please make sure to select that you're a vegetarian while adding this class to your cart!
